It began as a lifelong curiosity with keratinization – the science of hair and nails. 

What made my nails grow like wildfire?
Why did my hair seem to have a mind of its own, zig-zagging in different directions? After all, hair and nails are basically made of the same thing. Keratin.

I focused on the easiest to tame: my nails.

Using the simplest products and a consistent routine, I’ve followed the same routine for decades.

Now, about the hair:
Growing up, I realized behind every healthy head of hair, was simple products and a consistent routine.

So, here’s where we begin again. 

Back to the practices and ingredients of the elders. Plant medicines of our indigenous ancestors, combined into conditioning hair and scalp rinses.

Restorative. Unprocessed. Consistent.
